Convertotrix converts between common audio formats (MP3, AAC, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG) and video formats (MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WebM). The full list appears in the format picker inside the app.

Check that the source file is not corrupted and that your device has enough free storage (at least double the input file size). Clear the failed job from History and retry. If the issue continues, email us with the file format and any error message shown.

On Android, files are saved to your Downloads folder. On iOS, audio files go to the Files app and video files to your Photo Library.

Open the Merge tab, tap + to add clips in the desired order, choose an output format, and tap Merge. All clips should share a compatible codec for the best results.

Go to your device Settings → Privacy → Advertising and reset or limit your Advertising ID. Convertotrix uses Google AdMob, which honours your device-level ad preferences.
