1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Convertotrix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of Convertotrix on Android and iOS.

2 License to Use
Elnimatrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Convertotrix on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Free to use
The App is provided free of charge.
Personal use
For personal, non-commercial use only.
No sublicensing
You may not sublicense or sell access.
Revocable
We may revoke the licence if you breach these Terms.
3 Permitted Use
You may use Convertotrix for any lawful personal purpose consistent with its intended functionality: Audio & Video Converter, Editor & Merger.
- Use the App on devices you own or control.
- Store and process content that you have the right to process.
- Export or share output files as permitted by applicable copyright law.
4 Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Reverse engineering
Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App.
Redistribution
Copy, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it.
Malicious use
Use the App to distribute malware or perform any unlawful activity.
Copyright infringement
Process or distribute content you do not have the right to process.
Circumventing controls
Attempt to bypass any technical restrictions or access controls in the App.
Automated scraping
Use automated tools to extract or scrape content from the App.
5 Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Elnimatrix and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Content you process through Convertotrix (such as files you convert, edit, or manage) remains your property. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any content you provide to the App.
6 Third-Party Services
Convertotrix integrates third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Elnimatrix is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
7 Disclaimers
As-Is Provision
Convertotrix IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Elnimatrix expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any output produced by the App.
- Third-party services may have their own outages or changes outside our control.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elnimatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use Convertotrix.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Elnimatrix's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Because Convertotrix is free, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed USD $10.
9 Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use Convertotrix. Elnimatrix may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling Convertotrix from your devices. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
International Users
If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain any statutory rights you may have under those laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or a notification on the store listing. Continued use of Convertotrix after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
