Frequently Asked Questions

Yes โ€” all word puzzles and game logic run on-device. An internet connection is only needed for Google Sign-In and optional progress sync via Firebase.
Sign in with a Google account from the Settings screen. Your level progress and scores are saved to Firebase and will appear on any device you sign in to.
Tap the flag icon on the result screen and submit a note, or email elnimatrix@gmail.com with the word, puzzle level, and why you think it is incorrect. We review all reports.
Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and toggle "Sound Effects" and/or "Music" off.
Streaks require completing at least one puzzle per calendar day. Missing a day resets the streak. If you think this happened in error, contact us and we will investigate.
