2 What Data We Collect
Every category of data that Wordtrix may access or store.

3 How We Use Your Data
Gameplay
Word puzzle logic, scoring, and progress are managed on-device.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics collects anonymised events (level_start, level_complete, etc.) to improve gameplay balance.
Sign-In
Google Sign-In lets you save progress to Firebase and continue on other devices.
Audio
Sound effects and music are bundled in the app. No audio is recorded from your device.
4 Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as described below.
Anonymised gameplay events and session data
We may also disclose data if required by applicable law or to protect user safety.
5 Data Storage & Security
On-device storage
All core app data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
Transmission security
Any data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
No Wordtrix servers
We operate no backend servers or proprietary databases. Wordtrix has no server-side account system.
Standard device security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in encryption and access controls.
6 Permissions We Request
INTERNET
Required for Firebase Analytics, Auth, and optional Google Sign-In.
7 Your Rights & Controls
Access
Your score and progress are visible within the game at all times.
Deletion
To delete your Firebase account and data, contact elnimatrix@gmail.com.
Google Sign-Out
Sign out at any time from the game's Settings screen.
8 Data Retention
On-device data is retained until you delete it within the app or uninstall Wordtrix.
Analytics data collected by third-party services (e.g. Firebase, AdMob) is retained according to their own privacy policies.
To request deletion of any data held by third-party services on our behalf, contact elnimatrix@gmail.com.
9 Children's Privacy
Wordtrix is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will assist with deletion.
10 International Users
Wordtrix is available worldwide. Because core data is stored on-device, it is subject to the laws of the country where your device resides. Any data transmitted to third-party services is subject to those services' data processing terms.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)
You have additional rights including erasure, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (providing the service) and consent (for optional features such as camera access, notifications, and sign-in).
11 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Wordtrix does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact elnimatrix@gmail.com.

13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of Wordtrix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
