3 How We Use Your Data
Gameplay
Shape matching logic, scoring, and level progression run entirely on-device.
Analytics
Firebase Analytics collects anonymised events (level_start, level_complete, etc.) to improve game balance.
Crash Reporting
Firebase Crashlytics automatically reports crashes to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included in crash reports.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as described below.

Device model, OS version, stack traces — no personal data
We may also disclose data if required by applicable law or to protect user safety.
5 Data Storage & Security
On-device storage
All core app data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
Transmission security
Any data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
No Shape Crusher servers
We operate no backend servers or proprietary databases. Shape Crusher has no server-side account system.
Standard device security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in encryption and access controls.
6 Permissions We Request
INTERNET
Required for Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
7 Your Rights & Controls
Access
Your score and progress are visible in the game at all times.
Deletion
Uninstalling the app removes all local game data. Contact elnimatrix@gmail.com for Firebase analytics data deletion.
8 Data Retention
On-device data is retained until you delete it within the app or uninstall Shape Crusher.
Analytics data collected by third-party services (e.g. Firebase, AdMob) is retained according to their own privacy policies.

9 Children's Privacy
Shape Crusher is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will assist with deletion.
10 International Users
Shape Crusher is available worldwide. Because core data is stored on-device, it is subject to the laws of the country where your device resides. Any data transmitted to third-party services is subject to those services' data processing terms.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)
You have additional rights including erasure, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (providing the service) and consent (for optional features such as camera access, notifications, and sign-in).
11 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Shape Crusher does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact elnimatrix@gmail.com.

13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of Shape Crusher after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
