1 Who We Are
SpendTrix ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent mobile application published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store by Elnimatrix. For questions about this policy contact us at elnimatrix@gmail.com.
2 What Data We Collect
Every category of data that SpendTrix may access or store.

3 How We Use Your Data
Finance Tracking
Income, expense, and budget data is stored and computed entirely on your device.
Reports & Analytics
Monthly and category summaries are computed on-device from your transaction log.
Drive Backup
If you enable Drive sync, data is saved to a private folder in your own Google Drive. SpendTrix cannot access any other Drive files.
Authentication
Google Sign-In links your Drive backup to your Google account. We do not store your Google credentials.
4 Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only as described below.

We may also disclose data if required by applicable law or to protect user safety.
5 Data Storage & Security
On-device storage
All core app data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
Transmission security
Any data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
No SpendTrix servers
We operate no backend servers or proprietary databases. SpendTrix has no server-side account system.
Standard device security
Your data is protected by your device's built-in encryption and access controls.
6 Permissions We Request
INTERNET
Required for Google Sign-In and optional Drive backup.
7 Your Rights & Controls
Access
All transactions and budgets are visible within the app.
Deletion
Delete individual transactions or clear all data via Settings → Delete All Data.
Drive Backup
Delete the backup file from your Google Drive at any time. Revoke SpendTrix Drive access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google Sign-Out
Sign out at any time from Settings within the app.
8 Data Retention
On-device data is retained until you delete it within the app or uninstall SpendTrix.
Analytics data collected by third-party services (e.g. Firebase, AdMob) is retained according to their own privacy policies.

9 Children's Privacy
SpendTrix is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will assist with deletion.
10 International Users
SpendTrix is available worldwide. Because core data is stored on-device, it is subject to the laws of the country where your device resides. Any data transmitted to third-party services is subject to those services' data processing terms.
EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)
You have additional rights including erasure, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (providing the service) and consent (for optional features such as camera access, notifications, and sign-in).
11 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. SpendTrix does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact elnimatrix@gmail.com.

13 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of SpendTrix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
